Broker's Comments
This one off steel yawl was the first yacht built by the Van Dam yard.
Her Hull has been very nicely restored, and she is now looking for an enthusiastic new owner to carry on and refit her interior to as high a spec. She has a lot of potential and will make an excellent blue water cruiser / Liveaboard. Her accomodation is currently useable although mainly original. She will also require an engine and stern gear, also batteries and some primary winches.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
