Broker's Comments

The Southerly 115 has found it's own unique niche market as comfortable cruising yacht.
The boat has a drop keel making for a very shallow draught, yet surprisingly good performance.
Although now out of business, Northshore built yachts were generally of good quality build and finish.
This example is priced to sell and early viewing is highly recommended.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
