Broker's Comments
This is a steel boat thought to be originally for, or built by, the German Navy, and the hull lines certainly suggest that. Since then a superstructure has been added to make a small but useful live aboard with accommodation for 2+2.
The city centre mooring she is on is a residential mooring and is transferable subject to acceptance of the new owners by the marina. There are full facilities including showers, washing machines and parking at the marina.
An ideal city centre base.
