Broker's Comments

This Pilot House Ketch is an immaculate example of the Nauticat 331. She was the 2003 Earls Court Boat Show Display Model and has been fitted with many extras. She has 2 large comfortable cabins with double berths and En-Suite heads. The Galley/Dining area has a large table, wood panelling, book cases and would make an ideal spot to hide away from the rain on those wet miserable days. The galley has 3 ring stove, oven and microwave.
The pilot house is open and airy, it has all the navigation equipment and a large table.
Outside she has teak decks that have been well looked after. The hull is scratch free and has a beautiful white shine.
The current owners, who have owner her from new, have spent a lot of time on this boat including longer trips to the Med and the continent
