This 45ft steel cruiser has been converted into a cosy, readymade home on the water. With picturesque views & local coastal wildlife, she is situated just a short walk away from the nearest town & a short drive away from Plymouth City.
Fully furnished & equipped for use as a coastal holiday home or live aboard, she is presently berthed in Cornwall, within a great community on a working boat yard where mooring costs are very reasonable and the environment is secure & friendly.
This would readily accommodate a single person or couple and is very much ready to move into now. In addition to twin sofas and an efficient & economical multi fuel wood burner, the saloon / living room comes with a great entertainment system consisting of a large flat screen TV with freeview box, DVD, recorder, sound bar, plus a computer with printer.

The heads / shower room doubles up as a utility room and houses a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer and there is garden furniture, BBQ & stove / chimnea for entertaining on a large aft deck area.
Lifted out of the water earlier this year to have new keel plates fitted, her hull was anti fouled and her exterior was completely repainted.
With a strong built-to-last Perkins Marine Engine, this vessel is mobile should you ever wish to move her elsewhere. The accompanying John Dory tender, with two working outboards, is also ideal for zapping to your favourite fishing grounds or local beach.
