Former professional vessel used for river mapping, built in aluminum by ALU MARINE shipyard in Rennes (Britany) in 2010.

Converted into a floating establishment by the current owner in 2019.

The original outboard engines, now out of service, have been removed. A synthetic-clad superstructure was added, the hold was transformed into a pool, and a terrace platform was installed on the foredeck.

The deck allows access to the accommodation either from the terrace or from the wheelhouse.

The wheelhouse, where the navigation instruments and the helm have been preserved, is currently used as an office.

The superstructure houses the salon with a bar area, the living room, and the open kitchen, with all appliances operating from shore power:
- American-style fridge with freezer
- 4-burner ceramic hob
- Microwave oven
- Extractor hood

Large double-glazed bay windows offer a 360° view of the water and surrounding nature.

Electric shutters throughout.

From the superstructure, it is possible to access:
- The side decks via lateral doors
- The pool area at the front of the boat
- The large aft terrace with garden furniture
This area is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Headroom: 2.20 m

The cabins are located partly in the former hold of the boat and partly in the former crew quarters. A small elevator, located near the bar, provides easy access to the lower level. Access to the cabins is also possible via a stainless steel ladder in the kitchen.
- First cabin: 180 x 200 cm bed, television, and private bathroom with bathtub, sink, and electric toilet
- Second cabin: 160 x 200 cm bed, television, separate electric toilet, and bathroom with shower and sink
- Third cabin: 90 x 200 cm bed with its own bathroom including electric toilet, shower, and sink.

In the former engine room, the washing machine and dryer have been installed. This space could easily be modified to become a more functional laundry room.
