Broker's Comments

Boatshed Norfolk (Boatshed.com) are pleased to offer this rare and amazing Falcon Renaissance 35 river cruiser for sale.

These boats are rare with only a handful ever made for the high quality, luxury river cruising market.

The fit out and finish is one of the best I have seen on a boat, and this two owner boat has been lovingly cared for and maintained to the very highest level which clearly shows throughout.

The boat is spotless everywhere and unblemished. She offers a very high quality couples river cruising experience with almost every possible piece of equipment from the options list fitted.

She has a large master double forward with offset double and sofa with stunning cherry cabinetry everywhere. There is a small dressing table storage draws and hanging locker and storage a plenty and a forward opening window hatch and several lighting options, The headlining is pristine as is all the cabinetry and this is a light and bright spacious master cabin.

Exiting the forward master heading aft, we have the galley to starboard with everything you could need. Beautiful Corian work surfaces with concealed but corian covered gas hob and twin deep sinks. Smev stainless steel cooking appliances with gas oven, grill and hob, large fridge with matched high gloss wood door panel, switch controls for water pump immersion heater and lighting including under cabinet lights. Lots of storage and bright stunning gloss cherry cabinetry abound.

Opposite the galley is the spacious heads and shower compartment again a high gloss cherry construction. The interior is all clean and tidy with plenty of space with toilet to holding tank, thermostatic bar shower and large vanity with basin and storage with heated towel rail.

Moving up the two teak and holly steps we enter the large sociable saloon with helm station to port. The large saloon has convertible fabric seating in a light oatmeal colour and the starboard sofa converts to a double. The cabinetry again follows the high gloss cherry theme and is stunning.

TV, stereo with pioneer speakers, flush mounted are fitted and the large sliding aft companionway glides smoothly to open out to the large aft cockpit.

Under the floor that are Axminster carpet trimmed is the large engine space with the beautifully running and incredibly quiet Nani diesel engine that starts and runs very well indeed. This engine has been regularly and professionally serviced throughout its life and this is evident.

There is considerable underfloor storage on offer here too. The beautiful helm station to port has all the equipment you will need including full engine instrumentation, bow thruster, anchor windlass control, speed and depth unit and several control switches for primary systems.

Twin Voltmeters detail the battery bank condition and the master electrical panel is mounted low on the port side of the helm station. The whole area is wrapped in the same glossy cherry wood and is stunning.

Twin opening roof hatches with interior sliding blind and recessed down light complete the spacious, bright saloon. Exiting the saloon aft through the sliding companionway doors you enter the full width aft cockpit which is a beautiful place. Enclosed by a recent new full canopy (old canopy is aboard for winter use) you have wrap around seating and a rear facing seating bench with two step side deck access steps either side to facilitate easy deck access.

The large transom door gives simple access in or out to the fullwidth teak laid bathing platform and the teak laid cockpit floor has a huge access hatch on gas assisted struts that opens up to gain access to the enormous underfloor lazarette which is absolutely huge and offers storage for almost anything given the room available.

The upholstery in the cockpit is unblemished and the full wet bar to port has a built in refrigerator and sink and storage and the mixer tap extends to be a shower if required. Side storage locker is also available and the twin bottle gas locker is under the aft bench seat and easy to access.

Side decks are wide and safe and the fore deck has a windlass with local foot controls mounted and fender storage baskets. Canvas window covers for all the main windows also come with the boat.

Eberspacher diesel warm air heating is fitted throughout the boat.

The boat has full shore power with battery charger, inverter, solar panels, heating, and much much more.

She has a valid Boat Safety Certificate, Broads toll paid and her mooring may be available by agreement with the marina.

This rare and superb, high quality and genuinely amazing condition boat will delight any new owner that is looking for a superb high quality and comfortable river cruiser.
