Broker's Comments

This beautiful Edwardian-style houseboat has been lovingly cherished by the owners since they commissioned her in 2003. Far superior to a standard pontoon-boat, she is fully navigable with a diesel engine and bow thruster.

The large front deck is ideal for alfresco dinning, with a wrap-around canopy that protects you from the wind, whatever the direction, meaning you can use the space virtually all year round.

The double doors open into a welcoming saloon with sofa seating and a wood-burning stove, for cozy nights in. There is also a diesel powered heating system.

There are two cabins with flexible bed arrangements. The galley connects the saloon with the main cabin, and there is good sized bathroom at the stern.

Accessed via the aft deck, a sturdy staircase leads to the coachroof, with a secure guardrail, so it can be used for entertaining, sunbathing or simply enjoying the view.

The boat has recently been surveyed as a matter of routine, and found to be in excellent condition. The leisure mooring is available, with current mooring fees circa £492/m.

The BSS expires in March 2029.
