A non-working generator was removed from this boat this past year. Engines are naturally aspirated and are thought to develop about 150 to 160 HP. It starts easily and runs smooth. Low hours are attributed to the boat havingb been used as a live aboard for many years.
Engines have new alternators 2-32 volt and 1-12 volt. All external oil tubes on both engines were replaced within the last 1 1/2 year. Batteries all replaced in 2024. Wiring within the boat replaced about six years ago. University Yacht Services in Seattle has been maintaining and updating this boat for more than 15 years with most significant upgrades done within the last year and a half.
There are 12 new batteries, 6-8 volt make up the 32 volt start batteries plus 6-12 volt for house batteries. 2500 watt inverter.

Fuel consumption has never been measured.

Over all length for moorage is about 54 feet. Wood carvel construction with recent shipwright repairs done by University Yacht Services, Seattle.

In the last year and a half the hull has been re-fastened below the waterline, the swim platform rebuilt, deck and house sealed from potential leaks. The raised aft deck has a hard top and new surrounds made from acrylic and is enclosed completely. New paint on the entire boat makes this very beautiful vessel sparkle. New 75 gallon holding tank.

Doors on both sides at the aft end of the side decks allow you to enter a mostly enclosed aft deck or bridge deck area with nicely appointed table and chairs. Forward of this is the helm with a bar cabinet to port.

Forward and starboard is the companionway into the saloon where you step down about 3 steps to a lovely open interior. The carpets are new throughout the boat and still have the protective masking film covering them.

The saloon is modestly appointed with a love seat and a couple of chairs accompanied by tables and lamps. Again, the carpeting in this room is new and still covered with protective masking film.

Forward the galley is down a couple steps with a table and benches to starboard, new fridge and freezer to port in the galley. Forward of this is a head on port and two single bunk like berths in the forward stateroom.

From the aft end of the saloon you step down to a hallway leading aft with a head to starboard across from which is a center stateroom with two single beds. Behind that is the full width master stateroom with queen size berth and head shared with Guest cabin. All mattresses in the cabins are new. All heads are new electric.

Heat is supplied by electric "Cadet Style" units in each cabin. With the generator having been removed these will need a shore power connection in order to work.

Foredeck has two large equipment boxes recently rebuilt and varnished with padded seating on top. The forward part of the cabin has cushioned seating all the way across the cabin top. Varnished caprails on the deck make this exterior deck area very attractive.
