Broker's Comments
Price reduced on this exceptionally clean and capable trawler yacht!
This CHB Tri-Cabin trawler appears to be in remarkable condition. The exterior gleams, with few imperfections. The interior is similarly clean, orderly, and well-maintained, with few of the nicks and dents that occur in normal use. It simply doesn't look like a 1984 vessel. The headliner is clean and undamaged, the engine room is cleaner and better organized than aboard most recent-model boats, the bilges are clean and dry, and the varnished teak interior is very bright and clean, with no indications of water intrusion. With an extensive list of well-maintained top-quality systems and many recent upgrades this boat is ready to cruise.
Most smaller tri-cabin trawlers suffer from sleeping more people than they can comfortably contain when everyone's awake. THIS boat has a massive saloon, a large comfortable dinette and phenomenally generous flybridge seating.....even a large crew will enjoy plenty of elbow room.
This boat would make a fine live-aboard, and can confidently be acquired by someone who's looking to avoid a "project".
