Up three steps is the main saloon with the lower helm station and a sliding door to the starboard deck. On the port side is a large galley with a propane three burner stove with oven, a double stainless steel sink, new Isotherm stainless steel drawer refrigerator freezer, and lots of counter space with storage above and below. Aft to port is a short settee and to starboard is an L shaped dining area which converts to sleeping for two. Aft and down three steps is the large aft cabin with a companionway to the aft deck. Sleeping for three is provided by one double bed and one single. The aft cabin includes a spacious head with shower, sink and toilet. Out the aft cabin companionway is the aft deck with access to the wide side decks forward to the foredeck as well as up a short ladder to the aft cabin top deck and then on up to the rather large flybridge with plenty of seating and the upper helm. The navigation electronics are present in this upper helm station. The aft cabin deck is the location of the mast which can lower when necessary. Broker's Comments
This 1976 CHB may well be the finest one on the market today. All of the extensive teak woodwork, including the teak deck, has been kept well-finished and shows very little wear. All of the original interior cabinetry still looks new. There is no indication of water stains from window leaks. There is a long list of new items: the upholstery, the drawer refrigerator and freezer, stern thruster, inverter-battery charger, batteries, and a full complement of navigation equipment. This vessel is truly in "turn-key" condition and is ready for your cruising adventures. If you are in the market for a tri-cabin diesel-powered trawler, be sure to come see this one first.
