Broker's Comments

Boatshed Essex are delighted to be presenting this attractive Aqualine Voyager 60, Category C barge, built by Aqualine Marine, which are renowned for designing and building quality boats, using proven traditional methods and contemporary technology.

This barge is no exception and when I visited the boat I could see the quality of the finish, as detailed in the listing. This vessel has excellent space, design and fit throughout. The spacious decks allow for ease of boat handling, with a bow thruster for close quarter manoeuvres. The aft deck and deck spaces provide a lovely versatile area for entertaining and space for additional stowage of items.

Moving inside, the attractive wheelhouse (which has the ability to collapse) has large windows which provides plenty of light with panoramic views, an attractive wood finish and comfortable seating.

Forward and down from the wheelhouse I was struck by how light and spacious the interior presented. The modern and thoughtfully designed galley provides all required amenities and also offers plenty of room to prepare meals and entertain. With plenty of windows and bespoke granite worktops this open-plan style ties the saloon together, with the addition of a multi-fuel stove, adding a cosy yet bright and modern feel.

The interior provides a great volume of accommodation with two separate forward and aft cabins with the open plan stylish galley and saloon. The private and comfortable aft cabin is accessed from the wheelhouse, which is in-keeping with the contemporary feel of this vessel and includes a twin or a large king sized berth, an ensuite heads and a separate shower cubicle and plenty of stowage within the fitted units.

Moving forward from the saloon you pass by stylish fitted cupboards along the corridor and forward into the main spacious cabin, which provides plenty of comfort with a large double berth and ensuite heads including a separate shower cubicle.

The spacious engine and generator room is accessible from the galley and can be found under the wheelhouse. This space allows for ease of engine operation and the engine itself provides plenty of power for cruising and manouvering the boat.

This stylish and sought after barge would be perfect to be used as a comfortable cruising platform, home or holiday opportunity and if you would like to know any more or organise a personal viewing, please contact our office and we would be delighted to hear from you.

Please note: The mooring is available, including outside space and decking area and with the potential to make this residential.
