Broker's Comments
A well presented example of the Broom Ocean 30 with full heating throughout provided by a diesel fired heater supplying domestic type radiators. The interior is very clean and dry with good upholstery and a well equipped galley.
I have seen a good few of these boats over the years and this is one of the better examples we have listed.
There is a well appointed galley to the Starboard side with the saloon/dining area opposite. There are 5 berths in 3 cabins offering privacy when having guests or family "stay over"
The boat is clean and dry with no signs of damp whatsoever and the upholstery and carpets are again in very good condition. Ideal for the Broads and rivers for all year round cruising this boat is ready for the coming season.
