Broker's Comments
This was the very first Crown 37 built by Broom. As such it was fitted out to a very high standard. What struck me when I went on board was the amount of space. All the Crowns' are of course spacious but the extra light as a result of the light woodwork gave a greater sense of space.
The current owners have maintained the boat to a high standard and during their ownership both engines have been reconditioned. The boat has a current Boat Safety Certificate valid until 2010.
