Here we have a rather special Bourne 35 built by Moores of Wroxham in 1968. Step aboard into the spacious wheelhouse with its gleaming varnished woodwork and quality upholstery. Move down into the front cabin we have loads of room, new cushions and plenty storage including a large locker in the forepeak. Moving aft we have a beautiful stateroom, with dining table, and plenty seating which converts into a double berth as required.
The interior is bright , clean and dry and is an absolute credit to its current non smoking owners.
Exterior wise she is a fine example of these traditional broads cruisers, built by crafstmen to a standard rarely seen today. Lots of varnished woodwork, quality stainless fittings, this boat turns heads wherever she goes. Historically she has been kept in a wet shed and away from the elements hence the condition of her woodwork.
This boat has been maintained to the highest standards and the owners have much history which is available to view.
If you are looking for a traditional broads cruiser benefiting from a glassfibre hull but with loads of varnished wood here she is, fitted with warm air diesel powered heating she can be used all year.
The wet shed mooring may be available by negotiation with the owners and the boatyard.
