This boat is in a very sound condition and with a low air draft is able to pass under low bridges.

This boat has different options for sleeping arrangements. The aft cabin either can be 2 x single or 1 x double. A nice touch is a cot that is fixed to the bulkhead and can be removed if required. The saloon has a double bed that neatly folds up into a unit which then provides extra seating.
Also there is a single berth arrangement thats available in this cabin. The galley & heads are midships which gives a good working area. Going back to the saloon which is a large relaxing area plus an outside seating area in the forward well that has a cover for bad weather.
All on one level is this craft with a nice big sliding roof for them sunny days.
Warm cabin heating along with a very good size shower and has at the touch of a switch hot water either from one of two systems. This boat has been fitted out with a live a board in mind having a security system fitted along with solar pannels, 1000wt. inverter, TV free view system , Micowave and a very nice touch is the cocktail cabinet in the saloon.

Look no further if you want a fully loaded boat ideal for a liveaboard or just cruiseing the waterways of the UK or Europe at a very realistic price.
As soon as you step aboard you can see thats its been well looked after with no signs of damp or damage and warm which means inviteing.
Yes there is some areas that the new owner will put there touchs to, with a bit of paint here and there, but the only noticable thing was a hairline crack in one of the saloon windows which is safety glass.
From a good helm position you have good vision and you can drive in comfort with your crew around you. A flat screen TV is installed behind the Helmsman seat which will swivel to any directition.
The galley has a full size cooker and a extractor fan above , plus a Microwave thats installed behind a cupboard. A full size sink and a large fridge along with good size worktops has made this well thought out.
Carpet tiles has put the finishing touchs thoughout.
A deck wash is conected to make life aboard easier and main sockets installed though the boat.
So overall, I would say full credit to the owner for keeping her in this condition , these boats don't come on the market often.
